This Service operates primarily in your browser. We prioritize your privacy regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) entered into the load sheet forms.

• Local Data Processing: Your load sheet data (Driver Name, Phone, Load Details, etc.) remains on your device (in your browser's memory) and is not transmitted to our servers or stored in our databases.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not offer cloud accounts or server-side saving. If you clear your browser cache or refresh the page, your input data may be lost.
• Third-Party Data: While we do not collect your form data, third-party services (specifically Google AdSense) may collect technical data (IP address, cookies) for advertising purposes as described in Section 12.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Service Provider and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its creators, developers, and all associated parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

They do not constitute a legally binding contract, Rate Confirmation, or Bill of Lading unless independently verified and executed by the involved parties. The Service Provider does not verify the authenticity of the entities, rates, or locations entered into the form.

10. Compliance with Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring that all use of this Service and any generated load sheets comply with:

• All applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Industry standards and best practices
• Any contractual obligations with clients or partners

11. Service Modifications and Limits

Traffic Limits: The Service may be temporarily suspended or limited without notice due to technical maintenance, security updates, or if traffic exceeds our hosting provider's (Netlify) allocated bandwidth or request limits. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

This Service uses third-party services and libraries, including:
